Clive Gifford is a skilled psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA). He supports clients facing challenges like PTSD, OCD, complex trauma (including attachment issues), social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, excessive worry, and depression. Clive brings extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals and those with learning disabilities
